How do I know if Missio is the right partner for me? 

When you book a one-on-one call with us, we do our homework. We research your organization, target market, and competitors prior to the phone call so we can make the most of our time. By the end of the call – you’ll have a pretty good idea if we’ll be good partners together.

What is the minimum budget your company will work with?

We’ll research to understand what budget is big enough to reach your desired goals. If we think it’s enough to research your goals, it’s big enough for us. Numerically, anything under $1,000 per month is usually too small.

Will I have to sign a long-term commitment?

We’re incredibly selective about the organizations we partner with – making sure it’s a great fit before either of us sign on the dotted line. Because of that, we’ve been able to develop long-term partnerships with most of our clients. That said, thats always been by choice. While we do have long-term contracts available for price breaks, we have always and will always offer month to month options.

Who owns the creative assets your team develops for us?

Our creative team is our secret weapon. And when you hire us they become your weapon too. While you can’t take the team with you if you go, you can take everything they create for you. The copywriting, ads, videos…they’re all yours.

Will I have access to my advertising accounts? 

Not only will you have access to it, you will own it. And that includes both the accounts you invite us to, as well as the ones we create for you. It’s your ship, we’re just the captains.

What is your pricing structure like?

We charge a fixed monthly retainer based on your ad spend. We do not charge a percentage of spend like many agencies. Our retainers follow a tiered pricing model where fees are consistent month to month and only change when your ad spend changes significantly.

What type of reporting do you provide?

All of our clients get a custom dashboard updated in near real time. You will have access to this dashboard 24/7 and metrics update every 15 minutes. But reporting is about more than just dashboards, it’s about communication. We meet with our clients on a schedule that meets their needs, usually bi-weekly. During these meetings put context to the numbers on your dashboard and how they relate to the initiatives we’re working on.
